Short version of the story. Ive called several times over the past week. They treat it like a joke. My file has a quirk; it's a large file and when the soft inquiries build up, it locks up. And when it does, I can't pull, creditors can't pull, nobody can pull my report. In the past Ive called them and theyve just deleted a couple dozen soft inqs (usually their own from credit monitoring) and by the next day my file is unlocked again..

Well over the past week and several phone calls, nobody there will delete the soft inqs anymore. They say it's a matter of record, and the fact that I can't get in to dispute or monitor my credit is not a violation of any law as long as they send me a paper dispute. I told them I was applying for a business loan and the creditor said the file is locked so it got denied. They could care less. Still won't delete..

How do I go about suing equifax or maybe an ITS that will get them to take me seriously? I basically don't have credit anymore because my file can't be pulled. This is extremely important. Thanks in advance for any advice...
