Got a question, hope someone can answer... Which prime Lending Tree mortgage lenders also offer sub-prime loans? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. Second question.. I still love my MBNA card as well. They pull an A/R about every 3-5 months. Usually TU or EQ, never seen them pull EX.. |

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at Lending Tree as they probably could give you an answer..

We had Chase and MBNA jacked up for high utilization..
PawMix. ===============. And just what is high utilization?. It's what ever figure they say it is.. If you have 50,000 available and have 5000 out that's high utilization if they want to jack your rate.. The END ************************* LB 59.. |

LB: why did you ask if the collection was with a CA?.
Thetravele. Because you said in your other post (I have a collection that is reporting over 120 days late.) and you can't be past do or late with a CA.. I am in the process of settling it. With full deletion in writing I hope.. The END ************************* LB 59.. |

Thats kind of what I though you meant but I had to make sure. Is there a specific place that states that? Like the FRCA?.
P.S. This thread has be officially hijacked... |

To be late you have to have a to have a due date..
There is no due date on a CA.. What's the due date on the dunning letter you got from the CA?.. |
