That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Discover Card as they probably could answer your Discover Card question..

No email here. Maybe it's because I'm just a couple months into my 6-months. It's worth it to me to monitor my progress and for B*. I wouldn't pay $19.95, though; never mind $22.95...

No price increase email here, either. Background: I rejoined at the $29.95/mo rate in October, then called and had it reduced to $19.95/mo in Nov for 6 months. Called today to cancel and they offered me $9.95/mo for 6 months as soon as they verified my identity...no questions about why I was canceling or anything. SWEET!.

Update: This is almost comical if not for the incompetence involved..
After CCT offered me the $9.95 deal to stay last Thursday and I accepted, they canceled my membership as of today "per my request", according to the final email.. I don't really need it, since it doesn't help with EQ B* since I have USAA-CCMP, but I still decided to call back in and see what was up. I explained the offer I'd received and accepted last Thursday to the CSR, and mentioned I was obviously mistakenly canceled (. ) and if they would be so kind as to reinstate me at $9.95 per their prior offer. It took 2x being placed on hold for the CSR to figure out what I was asking, then she came back and told me I'd have to sign back up at $29.95...and that's the best they could offer..
