Got a question, hope someone can answer... Where can I find a reloadable visa or Discover Card? Thanks for any answer. Another question... OK...anyone know when I might see 700?.

Despite my out-of-date signature, my TU has improved to 697, and my EQ is stuck at 675 and has been for months now..

Four new accts in 2009, (3 revolving, 1 installment) and 2 of them are almost a year old. None so far in 2010 and I'll stay Kona for a while. Most recent acct was in August 2009..

If I stick w/no new accts for a while and keep my utilization in the sub10% range, could I see 700 this year at least on one, if not both? (who knows where Experian is now, the jerks...)..

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at Discover Card as they probably could answer your Discover Card question..

Then I'm surprised you're not at 700 already. Probably the average age of accounts holding you back...

At this point age of accounts probably is your bane. I would not be surprised if you get over the hump once all your tradelines are 12 to 24 months old...

I got small bumps up as my accounts aged to 12 months. FYI.

You really should be 700+ this year unless something else occurs..

My TU is 691 atm and thats with 6 derogs and oldest account is 17 months old...

OP,.

Would it be ok if I send you a Private Message about your BK and Getting Rid of the bad Tradelines involved? My Wife and I filed BK in 2007, and we are not at the beginning of our Credit Repair...

Sure, but I never removed bad tradelines, just asked them to be shown IIB..

A few have mysteriously fallen off though...

IIB?.

I'm going to attempt to remove the old Bad Tradelines that I filed BK on, because I would think that if you could remove those negative tradelines even though they have a zero balance and no legal responsibility to repay it, the Creditor's wouldn't bother Verifying it...

IIB=Included In Bankruptcy.

Stating that the creditors wouldn't bother verifying neglects to take into account that it's in the creditors best interests to verify. If creditors quit verifying negative entries, credit reports would quickly become much less useful as a predictor of risk..

That still has a negative impact I believe, and the Lates do too I think..

I'm going to treat them as a normal tradeline that isn't IIB, and hopefully get them removed...

Just in case you missed them, there are several good resources in the BK forum on proper reporting...
