My question is What the heck is a "Discover Card Card"? Thanks for any response. Another quick question... I decided to call EQ today after giving the CrapOne fraud one last online dispute.... |

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at Discover Card as they probably could answer your Discover Card question..

I just had something similar with TU, I called (it was also past the 7 years), she told me she'd put a request in for deletion. But poof, it was off my CCT and TU (I pulled backdoor) the very next day!..

Something similar happened to me after my father passed away in 2005. He and I have the same exact name with the only difference being the Roman numeral after our name. Well, after he passed a lot of his crap got put on my credit report. I didn't give two flips about my credit back then and I didn't find out about it until 2 years later..
He had a US Bank card that I'm guessing never got settled in his estate. Well, the account was showing up on my credit report as having opened in 1982. I was 5 years old at the time. You know how long that took me to get off all 3 reports???? SIX MONTHS. Six months for something so ridiculously obvious... |

6 months???.
Why so soon???. CRA's WOULDN'T KNOW WHAT 100% ACCURATE WAS IF IT BIT THEM IN THE BUTT.. |
|
Keep an eye on it. Since EQ sucks and so does crap one, my guess is they put a dispute into Crap One...
|
|
Yep... that is exactly what they did....
So I called back after speaking to the first person and I asked about it and she said that yes, it would be deleted.. *bangs head against desk*. If it isn't deleted I'm just going to freeze EQ and move on.... Well, EX and EQ are already frozen..... |
