I called to check the status of the application last week and this Monday. They told me no decision yet and still pending. One of them told me I will get a letter from the mail within two weeks. Yesterday, I checked the status of the application and they told me I was approved. I think if you are current Bank One/ First USA cardmember, most of the time they approved your application plus no neg,late on your credit report. Both my brother and I was applying for the card on March 17,2003 17:00. He got approved for $10,000 and currently he has Bank One Cash Rewards Card. Don't bother to check the status of the application on the automated system. It always transfer you to talk to live person.. By the way, no denial letter is good news.. Ron... |
