Quick question: Vanilla Prepaid Discover Card Question? Easy 10 points.? Many thanks for any answer or 2. Another question on my mind: You're Approved!. |

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an decent answer. You should email the people at Discover Card as they probably could help you..

What I don't understand....
When I click on the "credit card" offers, it gives me these choices:. American Express. $10,600.00 13.240%. Thrifty Credit Service. $10,600.00 14.650%. VISA Platinum Cash Rewards. $10,600.00 13.990%. VISA Gold. $10,600.00 12.490%. When I click on "view all of your offers", the card limits are all 20k and higher.. Anyone have any idea what that's about?. Also...if I accept an offer, there is no credit pull...right?.. |
Congrats..
Maybe the 20,000 is max of what they are approving.. Do you already have a card with 9,400 Cl?.. |
Congrats,.

Congrats, Ademas!.
I'm not sure about the limit change, but I would assume $10,600 is the true offer. People who've accepted them in the past on here say they don't pull a hard inq for accepting one, but I wouldn't bank on it. I've never selected one of my pre-approved offers, so can't say first hand. Regardless, Happy New Year!.. |
Well, I clicked on the Visa Platinum Cash Rewards offer at 20k, and it said, "Congratulations! You've been approved for $20,000 at 13.49%", or something like that, and that my card would be in the mail within 24 hours..
Considering it's New Year's Eve, I don't expect that to happen. In fact, I'm not celebrating this one until the card is in my greedy little hands... |
Comngrats! Those are awesome offers! Does it allow you to apply for more than one. Like a Discover credit card and LOC?..
You know, I didn't try...I just wanted the rewards card...but once I accepted the card, the "approved offers" link went away...

Congratulations on your success. Penfed has strict criteria before they preapprove you and that includes high FICO as well as low UTIL, do you are doing several things right :-).
