It was posted months back that they watch this board. I know they do because a certain unnamed exp employee knows what I am doing before I even do it(when I post). I have a server here with the same place as before. I am going civil this time for more damages...

Picantel, this is going to sound crazy, but since EXP watches this board so much, why don't you try them in the court of public opinion?.
That means posting (or threatening to post) names, addresses and telephone numbers of individuals at EXP, posting copies of your complaint, EXP's training materials and documented violations.. I'm sure those individuals at EXP will be really happy to have several thousand PO'd CN's on their butts calling and writing wanting things done.. Plus you would get the pleasure of becoming a royal pain in their rear. Just think of the man hours EXP would have to expend cleaning up your flak... |

I would but I am scott on cardreport and I am already in a battle with camco. that takes up an enormous amout of my time. I have also started with asset and national check control...

That is because they all come to my email. My hotmail account has just about used up all the space available. I may have to transfer to another account. I have about 200 camco emails in it now not to mention I started the links to ripoffreport and now that is swelling. I also coordinate with the 2 (or now possibly 3) attorneys doing the lawsuits, know the bbb in rockford pretty well, have letters from some governers on my desk, letters from attorney generals, and anything else you can think of. It is getting so bad for them that they actually sent their trolls to the forums over on cardreport.
I noticed on the bbb they are being 'updated' and I was told by an employee for the bbb that something odd was going on with it. I bet anything it comes back and hides their hundreds of complaints. In the first 2 days it went to update status they had 11 new complaints hit... |
