My first question is SURVEY: Is it wrong to pay my VISA with my Discover Card? Hoping for any comment. Another question on my mind: I FINALLY got Eq to say they contacted federal courts..

Yeah right.. now off to go write a letter to our courts to see if they did. (I doubt I'll hear anything back from the courts, I live in a big county) Last time when I called to ask for a letter that they don't report to the Cra's they said they don't send one out.. but I'm gonna try anyway in a written request..

I just may get my Bankruptcy off EQ yet!.

Now do I direct it directly to the trustee? (probably should so I know they get it)..

I need to concentrate on EX, but i'm waiting for results from back in November (was sent November 24th) I know they deleted a couple items from doing daily CCT checks, but I haven't gotten a updated copy) I'm trying to hold out my next round of disputes till I get that so I don't get the "additional 14day notice" thing. I should be getting it any day now. No mail today tho... hopefully by end of the week...

Is not listed on PACER. You make no mention of not being able to retrieve your BK.

Documents.

On PACER..

Interestingly, I can pull up BK documents going back more than 10 years on PACER. Perhaps it's user error...
