First question I have is Should I refinance to roll my first Lending Tree mortgage and home equity loan together? Looking forward for any answer or 2. Second question of mine... Did I ruin my changes of cleaning up some negative tradelines by having talked and agreed to a form of payment to the CA? I have paid them 40% of the balance so far, but would like to negotiate "payment in exchange for deletion" which is UNLIKELY to happen now. Either way I just sent the CA a VALIDATION LETTER just in case.. |

Good question... I dunno what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Lending Tree as they probably know..

I don't know whether this was directed at me or the person who commented on your typo. I had not even noticed that when I posted my answer to you. I never realized that you had made any mistake and that one could hardly be termed a typo. All you did was type the wrong word although I'm quite sure that you do and did know the difference. Just one of those things that happens to all of us at one time or another so I wasn't refering to it at all...
