First question I have is How do you use a vanilla Discover Card gift card? Looking forward for any answer. My 2nd question... Capital One reported on my credit report 12/2009 on a a 09/2004. Date of last activity 3/2004. Settlement accepted on this account. Help? What should I do to try and get this off? They are mean!!!! I do not even recall this. Any help would be appreciated!.. |

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Discover Card as they probably could answer your Discover Card question..

Thank you, I figured as much! I have been trying to look up 623 in the search field but nothing comes up however I have seen it on the site. Do you know where I would find it? Thanks for all your help! I am feeling very overwhelmed and am scared I will not be able to do this. Did you feel that way at first? Happy New Year!!!!!!.
Oh I live in Ga. and our SOL looks like it is 20 years could that be right?.. |

Heres the 623 mother thread.
Http://creditboards.com/forums/index.php?s...=381177&hl=. Yes it's a lot to digest and yes, we were all somewhat overwhelmed when we started credit repair. It took me over a month of regular reading before I understood enough to ask intelligent questions and another 2 months before I wasnt being told over and over again to use search...heh.. Was the settlement offer/paid made in 2004 or 12/2009 I'm a little unclear on that aspect..
If the latter 12/2009, then they may be reporting correctly(as long as they don't change the DOFD), however if it was 2004, then I'd defiantly try a 623 letter to Capital One.. This post has been edited by. Beli. : 31 December 2009 - 12:05 PM.. |
