Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an good answer. You should email the people at Discover Card as they probably could answer your Discover Card question..

I just called to cancel MCK and the rep asks the reason. I tell her it was the new look and format of the website and she gets upset and says "Can I ask what it is that you don't like about it because I've had like 4 or 5 calls within the last hour where they said the same thing". I bet other CB'ers are calling and canceling today too. LOL.

I just told her that I didn't like the way the menus dropped down when I rolled my mouse over..

So sad as that was my only daily puller for all 3. Oh well...

Lol....

Im going to call today....IM going to say that I found CCT and it provides for daily pulls on all 3 and I see no reason for MCK...

My reason would be less obvious but would make a point nevertheless....

I just called to cancel. When they asked why I wanted to cancel I told it that it was because I spent my entire New Year Day trying to access the site to no avail. The Rep tried to give me a rebuttal and I reiterated, "Ma'am, like I said you people RUINED my New Year's day, so no, I don't want to keep this service". She told me, "Well if I cancel your service, you will lose access immediately". Uh, did you not just hear me when I said that I cannot log on to the site at all?? I am pretty sure I already lost acccess. lol..

On another note, Marcka - thank you again for sharing your secret! I was able to get all but one TU inquiry (down from 12) off my report. I have just 3 left on Eq. I appreciate the tip!!..

This service is worthless to me now and Markca thanx for the ride. I cannot even use the dispute option and pull a Experian report just to check things out every now and then. I am closing this service for good and probably use CCT for a while...

LOL.... I will be cancelling today as well. Why oh why did they fix something that wasn't broken? At least to me anyway... hee hee. Well, although I got C* instead of B* during the ride, it was good while it lasted thanks to Markca!.

Here's to praying for another daily puller... I'm going to need one before my mortgage app. in March...

I just called and cancelled as well..

She offered my 6.95 a month deal. I politely explained to her that there was no point since I could pull CCT everyday for a monthly fee of 9.95..

She asked why did I sign up for MCK then! I told her that I wanted to try it out and unfortunately didnt like it anymore....

She was trying to convince me to stay but had nothing after I mentioned to her about CCT and daily pulls and 9.95...

I worked a phone room for years and felt sorry for the CSR when I cancelled, she was really trying and I could hear the frustration in her voice as she tried to convince me to keep it. I gave my reason as I found CCT and that I could pull daily, and that I didn't like the changes, I asked her to note in the account that if they went back to how the service was before the 1st of January I'd be more than happy to call back and sign up for their service...

There must be a bum rush on cancellations because I have been trying to call for the last thirty minutes and keep getting disconnected after I get to the point of being transferred to the csr, so I sent a cancellation email in big letters and will call again to cover myself...

Canceled! She asked why and I told her new design & found a service that allows me to get all reports daily. She didn't even try to keep me. Sounded like she's getting used to it..

I was reading this thread on my phone in my car and got down to here and literally busted up laughing..

Those poor MCK CSR's. I should call them up and let them know I helped give them a lot of business over the last 3-4 months..

I haven't canceled yet. I actually probably won't cancel and will see if I come across anything else (plus it shows activity on my Best Buy MC). If something does pop up, the good news is it should work with PrivacyGuard then as well. (crossing fingers).

No, you don't want PrivacyGuard. I had a nightmare with them. Their system wasn't registering my trial and I went through the process multiple times before gaining access. Completely forgot about it until they charged my account multiple times for multiple annual memberships. It was over $100 for each one, times 4 accounts. I would need to look back at my records to see how much..

Anyhow, it was a bear to get the money back and prove to them that I really didn't have multiple memberships, I spoke to supervisors and supervisor's supervisors. Never again..

Besides, isn't PG a monthly puller? I don't see what that does for anyone since it is FAKO..

I had just prepaid. We'll see...
