Got a question... Help on fees - withrawing USD in the UK - help please!! Discover Card? Thanks for any answer or 2. Another question on my mind: I live in LA but my employer does not have an agreement with any local credit unions..

I can not seem to find any credit unions in LA that you can join because you live in LA..

Reason I would like to join one is I am looking for a Certificate Secured loan..

Basically you use a cd or a savings as collateral for a loan. I then would want to take the money I get from a loan and put it on a 2nd secured credit card..

This way I get 2 trade lines for the price of one..

I have a bank account through BoA and Chase, niether of which do this type of loan..

Any of you know of a local CU? or a bank that would allow this type of thing?.

0	Los angeles federal credit union, water and power community credit union, kinecta credit union, wescom credit union, la financial credit union.. They all accept applicants that live in los angeles area... answered Mar 05 at 10:39 Walter 478●2

USC credit union also allows it. but I applied online last night and I was denied because of check systems..

Bank of america approved me for an account 6 months ago and.

Chase approved me for an account 3 months ago.

Both where savings accounts....

Are standards higher for credit unions?.

Should I give up or should I apply at as many as I can find?.
