Got a question... Do those prepaid visa/Discover Card cards work for buying items online? Thanks in advance for any answer. 2nd question I got is.. I just got approved for an Amex. Is there a way that I can find out my CL or do I have to wait for it to come in the mail?.. |

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an decent answer. You should email the people at Discover Card as they probably could give you an answer..

It is a charge card, NOT Credit Card. It has no CL..

It was between the Green and Gold but the gold annual fee is $30 more a year. The only extra benefit I saw was to purchase concert tickets...

Congratulations. I love AMEX but would never pay them an annual fee. Hopefully, your first year's AF has been waived. If so, I'd look at one of their fee-free cards next year..

Yes it was waived. I really just got it so I could use CS for daily pulls. I'll seee what they offer in a year...

The fee on the charge cards has increased quite a bit. I think when I had Green it was around $50 (or $55). What is the real benefit in their card to justify this fee? (Unless you fly all the time)...

I think it is $95 AF for Green. It was $35.00 back in 80's..
