Ye, but... you might wanna make sure and wait for another member to confirm this as I am not sure. Better yet, why don't you ask the Discover Card guys because they can give you help better...

My very limited experiences with them so far have not been great..

My initial dispute was to delete all Addresses and Names other then my Current One..

So I get the dispute back, saying:.

Name: Deleted.

Address: Updated.

S.S.N.: Deleted.

So I go what the heck, a SSN was deleted? They give me the last 4 Digits of the number and nothing else. I call them about it and ask WHAT is the number he kept telling me, it was attached to a Name I deleted, so it was Deleted also..

So, then I go, I have two SSN's on my Credit File, they reply, "Yes". I proceed to go on saying you just sent me a letter saying it was DELETED..

Well he ask if I would like to dispute it, I tell him no, I'll wait for my updated Credit Report so I can see on Paper and go from there..

What's even more strange, I think I found out who the SSN's number is. Looking our my files, I noticed the last 4 Digits of the SSN on my Report were the same as my Daughter's last 4 Digits. Coincidence? Who knows, but get this, she is only 2 Years old....

2 SSN's should have raised a Red Flag with Experian in the first place. Hopefully this will all be over soon once I get the Paper Reports...

You are absolutely correct, altho I think it would be accurate to expand the.

Definition of "important customers" to anyone other than the actual consumer..

Thanks for the "fix".....

CA's must love EX like nobody's business. I still can't get over how they can claim to get a suspicious letter from an envelope whose sending adress is the same as that they have on file and whose contents have the proper SSN, Acct#, credit report no., and consumer name...
